Beta Access

During the beta period:
  • Platform Access: Free while in beta
  • AI Costs: You pay your AI provider directly (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Organization Approval: Required via waitlist process
What you need:
  • Your own API keys for AI providers
  • Approved organization access

  • Custom Endpoints: Your infrastructure costs

Best Practices:

  • Set spending limits with your AI provider
  • Choose cost-effective models (e.g., GPT-3.5 vs GPT-4)
  • Configure appropriate max_tokens limits
  • Use efficient system prompts
  • Test different models to find the right balance
  • Use groups to limit who can access expensive models
  • Monitor conversation counts
  • Review team member usage patterns
