Click “Organization” → “Team Members”

Click Invite
Click “Invite Member” button

Enter Details
- Email address
- Role (Owner, Admin, Guest)
- Optional: Personal message

Send Invitation
Click “Send Invite”—they’ll receive an email

Roles Overview
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, billing, delete org |
| Admin | Manage AI connections, invite users, settings |
| Guest | Limited access to assigned groups and conversations |
All roles can use AI connections they have group access to. Groups control which AI connections users can access.
Bulk Invitations
CSV Format:- Download CSV template
- Fill in team member details
- Upload CSV file
- Review and confirm
- Send invitations
Managing Invitations
Pending Invitations:- View all sent invitations
- Resend invitations
- Cancel pending invitations
- Set expiration (default: 7 days)
- ⏳ Pending
- ✅ Accepted
- ❌ Expired
- 🚫 Declined
Invitations expire after 7 days. Resend if needed.

- Owner: 1-2 people maximum (organization creator)
- Admin: Department leads, managers, trusted team members
- Guest: External contractors, clients, limited access users
