Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up at AgentFlow

- Visit app.agentflow.live
- Click “Get Started” or “Sign Up”
- Sign up with your email address or social provider
AgentFlow uses secure authentication powered by Clerk.
Request organization access

AgentFlow is currently in beta. To create an organization:
- Go to the Admin Panel dropdown
- Click “Create Organization”
- Fill out the waitlist form with your organization details
- Submit your request
- Wait for approval notification
Once approved, you’ll become the organization owner with full access. The approval process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Navigate to your profile settings (top right corner → Profile):
- Display Name: How you’ll appear to team members
- Profile Picture: Upload an image or use your account avatar
- Time Zone: Set your local timezone
- Language: Choose your preferred language
A complete profile helps team members recognize you in shared conversations.

- Theme: Choose light, dark, or auto mode
- Notifications: Set how you want to be notified
- Default AI Model: Select your preferred model for new agents
- Conversation Settings: Choose default behaviors
Step 3: Connect Your First AI

Fill in your AI connection details:Basic Information:
- Name: Give your connection a descriptive name (e.g., “GPT-4 Assistant”)
- Endpoint: The URL where POST requests will be sent
- Description: Explain what this connection does
- Add authentication headers (API keys, bearer tokens, etc.)
- Example:
Authorization: Bearer sk-your-api-key
What can you connect? OpenAI, Claude, custom workflows (N8N, Make.com), agent builders, or any HTTP webhook service.

Response Path: Where to find the AI’s response in the JSON
AgentFlow provides field mapping configuration - your endpoint handles all AI behavior, prompts, and parameters.
Test and create groups

- Click “Run Test” to verify your connection works
- Must return 200 (Success) to save
- Go to “Groups” tab
- Create a group and add your AI connection to it
- Add yourself to the group to access the connection

- Click “Conversations” in the left sidebar
- Click “New Conversation” or click on your new agent
- You’ll see the conversation interface
Send your first message

Try sending a message to your agent:Your AI connection will respond based on your endpoint’s configuration. Try asking:
- Questions about its capabilities
- To help with a task
- To explain something complex
Pro tip: Use the model dropdown (similar to ChatGPT/Claude) to switch between AI connections at any time.

- They’ll receive an invitation email
