Quick Start Guide

Create your AgentFlow account and start chatting with your first AI agent in under 10 minutes. This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started with AgentFlow—from creating your account to having your first conversation with an AI agent.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit app.agentflow.live
  2. Click “Get Started” or “Sign Up”
  3. Sign up with your email address or social provider
AgentFlow uses secure authentication powered by Clerk.
AgentFlow is currently in beta. To create an organization:
  1. Go to the Admin Panel dropdown
  2. Click “Create Organization”
  3. Fill out the waitlist form with your organization details
  4. Submit your request
  5. Wait for approval notification
Once approved, you’ll become the organization owner with full access. The approval process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

Navigate to your profile settings (top right corner → Profile):
  • Display Name: How you’ll appear to team members
  • Profile Picture: Upload an image or use your account avatar
  • Time Zone: Set your local timezone
  • Language: Choose your preferred language
A complete profile helps team members recognize you in shared conversations.
Customize your experience in Settings → Preferences:
  • Theme: Choose light, dark, or auto mode
  • Notifications: Set how you want to be notified
  • Default AI Model: Select your preferred model for new agents
  • Conversation Settings: Choose default behaviors

Step 3: Connect Your First AI

Fill in your AI connection details:Basic Information:
  • Name: Give your connection a descriptive name (e.g., “GPT-4 Assistant”)
  • Endpoint: The URL where POST requests will be sent
  • Description: Explain what this connection does
Request Headers:
  • Add authentication headers (API keys, bearer tokens, etc.)
  • Example: Authorization: Bearer sk-your-api-key
What can you connect? OpenAI, Claude, custom workflows (N8N, Make.com), agent builders, or any HTTP webhook service.
Define how AgentFlow communicates with your endpoint:Request Template: How messages are sent Response Path: Where to find the AI’s response in the JSON
AgentFlow provides field mapping configuration - your endpoint handles all AI behavior, prompts, and parameters.
  1. Click “Run Test” to verify your connection works
  2. Must return 200 (Success) to save
  3. Go to “Groups” tab
  4. Create a group and add your AI connection to it
  5. Add yourself to the group to access the connection

Step 4: Start Your First Conversation

  1. Click “Conversations” in the left sidebar
  2. Click “New Conversation” or click on your new agent
  3. You’ll see the conversation interface
Try sending a message to your agent:
Hello! Can you help me understand what you can do?
Your AI connection will respond based on your endpoint’s configuration. Try asking:
  • Questions about its capabilities
  • To help with a task
  • To explain something complex
Pro tip: Use the model dropdown (similar to ChatGPT/Claude) to switch between AI connections at any time.
Available Features:
  • 📋 Copy: Copy messages to clipboard
  • 👍 Like/Dislike: Give feedback on responses with thumbs up/down
  • 💬 Comment: Add feedback comments to messages
  • 📊 View Feedback: Check all feedback in the feedback panel

For a creative assistant:

  • AI Usage: Costs from your AI endpoint provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • AgentFlow Platform: To be announced
Note: AgentFlow only manages access and distribution - AI costs are handled by your endpoint provider.
Yes! You can:
  • Connect multiple AI endpoints
  • Use the model dropdown to switch between connections during conversations
  • Update or modify connection configurations anytime in the Admin Panel
  1. Go to Admin Panel → Users tab
  2. Click “Invite Member”
  3. Enter their email
  4. They’ll receive an invitation email
